We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Supervisor to join our team at The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development in Delhi. This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of skills, knowledge, and competence among employees to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and individual/employee morale, ultimately maximizing organizational profitability and achieving our vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly training sessions on the Learning Manager Systems for new L&D team members in hotels and senior managers.
  • Create and maintain course menus in the LMS, collaborating with hotels to categorize and update content.
  • Develop and update collective Company courses in the LMS, utilizing Adobe Captivate Authoring software.
  • Coordinate collective Company classroom/virtual courses, enrollment, and attendance in the LMS, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Assist hotel L&D teams in monitoring compliance training within the LMS, including MAD, LQA, APEX, FAQ, and compliance modules like IT, POSH, FOSTAC.
  • Convert new content using the Authoring Tool for hosting on the LMS (STEP, OCLD, CDT, APEX, SDP, EDP, etc.).
  • Create and update assessments via the Authoring Tool for hosting on the LMS.
  • Support the development of hotel-specific content via the Authoring Tool, working closely with hotels to enhance training quality in hotel departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise with Adobe Learning Manager software to ensure effective implementation.
  • Organize the Certified Department Trainer (CDT) qualification process for OCLD.
  • Schedule sourcing, screening, selection, induction, and tracking of L&D interns while adhering to the highest standards for OCLD.
  • Collaborate in creating candidate profiles for interviews (OCLD, EDP).
  • Participate in common activities of OCLD.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Learning and Development space to guarantee effective training outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to 'The Oberoi Dharma' code of conduct and organization's policies at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years to 4 years of experience in a Learning & Development department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience with Learning Management Software and Authoring tool software.
  • Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a professional approach and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills.

Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
