Position: Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Remote (US/EMEA/ANZ time zones)
Job Overview:
We seek a candidate to provide ongoing support to our partner organizations during the onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth of their online learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional teams to support Implementation Managers and Corporate Social Responsibility Managers in driving online learning platform program delivery and implementation plan execution to meet partner and country targets.
- Deliver ongoing training and operational support to partners during the onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth of online learning programs. This includes platform demos, learner engagement interventions, community activities, and webinars to ensure program success.
- Share deep knowledge of online learning portfolios and platforms with partners.
- Help partners identify key competencies, training needs, and activities required to engage learners and meet program impact goals aligned with implementation plans.
- Work with partners to build communities, identify volunteering opportunities, and share learner success stories.
- Support partners and CSR Managers with online learning marketing and communications campaigns.
- Actively participate in the global team and community, regularly sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing support to colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong technical acumen and comfort with technology.
- Experience in teaching or training delivery, mainly online, and creating learning plans.
- Operational support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with digital learning platforms.
- Ability to leverage an expert network.
- Knowledge of new technologies such as AI, Cyber, Data, Cloud, Software Development, and key employability skills for entry-level employment.
- Familiarity with digital upskilling challenges for employment, job markets, and regional demand.
- A general understanding of academic institutions, non-profit enterprises, NGOs, and training providers focused on employment and upskilling.
- Global perspective, ability to build trusted relationships, and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability to different environments and cultures.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong presentation and online facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), confidence to present to senior figures, and deliver training for all.
- Customer/partner relationship skills.
- Some project delivery experience.
- Drive, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills are crucial for this role, which involves working remotely as part of a large virtual team.
- Curiosity to learn and creativity to find better ways to deliver for partners and learners.
- Adaptability to change and comfort with ambiguity.
- Growth-minded.
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
