Research Chemist

We are seeking a skilled Organic Chemistry Researcher to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute organic synthesis routes to target compounds, utilizing theoretical knowledge of chemical structures and reactions.
• Purify and characterize organic molecules using various analytical techniques, including NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
• Analyze experimental data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, applying this insight to optimize synthetic routes and troubleshoot reactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and drive project success.
• Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations, ensuring accurate documentation and reproducibility.
• Stay current with the latest literature and technological advancements in organic chemistry, applying this knowledge to enhance research capabilities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field.
• 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred, with a strong focus on organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments, with a solid understanding of their principles and applications.

This is an onsite role requiring physical presence and collaboration with the team.
