Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Salesforce Field Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration, particularly in the Field Service Lightning (FSL) module.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to enable new products, sales territories, sales channels, process improvements, and ensuring compatibility with evolving requirements.

In addition, the Technical Salesforce Field Service Administrator will communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to support the full agile product lifecycle, from vetting requirements, to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

This role requires managing daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform and conducting long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.

The ideal candidate will maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

Key responsibilities include providing system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows.

The Technical Salesforce Field Service Administrator will also work with the technology team outside of the Products Division on standardization projects and dig into data and process details to find the root cause of issues.

Furthermore, this role involves fixing bugs raised by stakeholders/users of the system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a working understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (Field Service, Process Builders, Automation Flows).

You should be able to build and optimize Salesforce Field Service solutions that are scalable and maintainable, covering areas such as scheduling and optimization, resource management, asset management, inventory management, work order and service appointments lifecycle management, mobility, service reporting, and maintenance plans.

A solid background in Salesforce Administration experience is essential, along with design experience of Products, Flows, Processes etc. within Salesforce CRM.

Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for FSL and experience with salesforce partner & customer communities are highly desirable.

Possessing proficiency in declarative tools (i.e., Validation Rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows), creation and management of User Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Role Hierarchies, Public Groups, Security Controls, and Shared Settings are also key requirements.

Nice to Have:

Agile development experience, Salesforce Administration certification, experience in service cloud features like OMNI channel, Live Agent chat, working understanding of Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing, plus Power BI and other Data Analysis tools would be an advantage.

Knowledge on Python coding would also be beneficial.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range between $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
