Job Title: Sales Associate - Customer Service
">About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing consultative solutions to customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as counting stock, receiving shipments and processing returns.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and merchandise is presented in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role (retail experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- This position requires working in a retail environment, which includes standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
