ALM Admin Specialist
Job DescriptionThe primary role of the ALM Admin Specialist is to provide day-to-day administrative support for the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform. This includes managing user and project permissions, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
The specialist will also be responsible for handling UFT administration, including installation, configuration, license management, and integration support. Additionally, they will coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth functioning of the ALM and UFT platforms.
The specialist must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments. They must also maintain documentation for all configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Mandatory:
- Hands-on experience with ALM admin activities, including HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, and patches.
- Experience in UFT administration, including license management and integration with ALM.
- Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
