About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Admin Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks related to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Unified Functional Testing (UFT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform user and project management tasks within ALM.
  • Handle UFT Administration, including installation, configuration, license management, and integration support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of ALM and UFT platforms.
  • Monitor server health and performance, ensuring high availability and performance of the tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities, including HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches.
  • Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM.
  • Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
