  1. 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
  2. Proficiency in one or more MVC frameworks (ASP.NET MVC).
  3. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI and ARIA roles.
  4. Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (TFS), and CI/CD practices.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proven track record of delivering WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant web applications.
  • Proficiency in MVC frameworks (ASP.NET MVC) and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility principles and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
