Quality Assurance Engineer

As a seasoned Quality Assurance professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our products. You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality experiences that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop tools and tests to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create and maintain functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts like test data, test cases, and automated scripts used in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and report test results, adhering to all formal test architectures and project processes.
  • Track metrics such as velocity, code quality, defect density across all phases, code review metrics, and testing metrics for each sprint and report them to management.
  • Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce any defects.
  • Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties assigned.
  • Configure QA performance/load test design and execution to ensure high-performance software environments under load.
  • Incorporate client usage and feedback into test scripts to mimic end-user behavior in QA.
  • Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field required.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Relational database models and experience with GUI tools to interact with them.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Experience testing and working with multi-browser and mobile device systems.
  • Good customer empathy.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about building amazing products.
  • Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
  • Experience in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI.
  • Experience in creating Playwright, Selenium, REST API, Junit test automation.
  • Experienced with API testing, using tools such as Postman and JMeter.
