Job Description

Budgeting and Cost Control Expertise

We seek a detail-oriented professional with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial operations to join our team.

  • Budget Preparation and Management

    The ideal candidate will prepare and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Cost Analysis and Efficiency

    They will conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.

  • Banking Operations and Transaction Management

    Overseeing daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management is key.

  • Inventory Accounting and Compliance

    The professional will monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.

  • Export Transactions and Compliance

    Handling export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance is essential.

  • Financial Reporting and Audits

    Preparing and reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis is necessary. Supporting statutory audits, tax audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and compliance is also required.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management

    A strong understanding of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management is vital for this role.

  • Experience in Banking Operations and Export Transactions

    Experience in banking operations and export transactions is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, MIS Preparation, and Compliance

    Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance is necessary for this role.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills

    An excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.

  • Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel

    Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel is necessary for this role.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

    Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory for this role.

  • Relevant Experience

    2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant is required.
