Job Overview:

As a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) professional, we are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP MDM Developer to propel our organization's data management initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative technical solutions and provide thorough comparative analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management strategies.
  3. Engage with clients to craft end-to-end specifications for Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.
  4. Establish implementation processes, quality standards, and metrics to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  5. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to resolve data quality, data integrity, and system performance concerns.
  6. Support development and test teams in installing and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with the Stibo STEP MDM platform.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Stibo STEP MDM across multiple domains.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in designing data models within Stibo STEP.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, including ETL processes, REST APIs, and 3rd party integrations using web services.
  • Database knowledge and SQL expertise, as well as proficiency in debugging code.
  • Familiarity with ER model, XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and other data formats.
