Lead Software Engineer – Fullstack AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the design and delivery of scalable applications.

This role combines experience in backend, frontend development with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning (ML). You will be responsible for leading system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications including backend, frontend, and AI integration.
  • Built and integrated LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
  • Developed APIs and backend services using Python.
  • Created modern, interactive UIs with React.js/Next.js.
  • Worked with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing.
  • Deployed solutions on cloud platforms with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Applied ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentored team members, reviewed code, and ensured best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Strong in Python and React.js.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of AI safety, explainability (LIME, SHAP).
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
