Job Title: ServiceNow DeveloperKey Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to implement and optimize our Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • This role involves enhancing Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • The successful candidate will continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.
  • They will customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailoring and extending CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations is also key.
  • Developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems is essential.
  • This role involves managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Customizing the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement is also required.
  • Designing and publishing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency is key.
Required Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • A proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation is necessary.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors is essential.
