We are seeking a strategic finance leader to drive financial growth and stability as our Head of Financial Control.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function with a focus on strategic planning, finance controllership, investor relations, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of financial statements, profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
  • Guarantee timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing and reporting
  • Enhance internal financial controls, risk management, and compliance
  • Oversee the implementation of robust accounting practices and ERP systems
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits

Strategic Finance & Business Planning:

  • Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation
  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability, unit economics, and ROI

Financial Operations:

  • Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS, income tax) and regulatory adherence
  • Review and approve all financial processes, reconciliations, and vendor payments

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

  • Support equity and debt fundraising efforts
  • Build investor confidence through transparent and timely reporting
  • Lead financial due diligence, board reporting, and investor communication

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounts team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
