Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Team Lead WFM. As a pivotal member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for creating timely and accurate rosters, ensuring schedule adherence, and aligning with forecasted volumes.

You will oversee the scheduling team and collaborate closely with forecasting, real-time analysts, and operations to address coverage gaps and overstaffing. Your expertise in IEX (NICE WFM) and MS Excel skills will drive automation and efficiency in scheduling through tool features, macros, or process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Roster Creation: Develop and implement efficient rostering strategies to meet business needs while minimizing costs.
  2. Schedule Adherence: Ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date, and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal staff levels.
  3. Forecasting Collaboration: Work closely with forecasting teams to ensure accurate volume projections and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Operations Support: Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
