About the Role

In this position at Inspira Enterprise, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding customer assets and infrastructure through the implementation of Microsoft cybersecurity technologies and processes. Your focus will be on advising customers on their cybersecurity program objectives and leading the implementation of processes and technologies to help them achieve those objectives. Your knowledge of industry-leading practices and standards, along with hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft solutions, will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market strategies for North America in coordination with Global practice leaders.
  • Lead US project delivery, including managing project team activities, performing quality assurance, defining project success metrics, and management reporting.
  • Identify business development opportunities within existing and new accounts and support sales processes such as responding to RFPs and preparing SOW.
  • Lead client interactions, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model.
  • Lead Microsoft security roadmap and strategy engagements, including security strategy, roadmap, vendor selection, and more.
  • Articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.
  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft cybersecurity solutions and processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how our customers use Microsoft security solutions and advise/guide them with the implementation of these solutions.
  • Create and review Microsoft security architecture and solution design artifacts.
  • Setup and configuration of Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and M365 Security.
  • Drive strategic and complex projects with many critical dependencies.
  • Experience with migrating from on-premises to Azure cloud platform.
  • Responsible for multi-project delivery, including leading requirements gathering and preparing design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model.
  • Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, decision and information sciences, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have more than one Microsoft security certification, including SC – 100 Microsoft Cyber Security Architect, AZ 500 – Azure Security, MS – 500 – Microsoft Security, and SC 900 – Fundamentals of SCI.
  • Prior hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft security solutions, with a minimum of three years of experience with architecting and implementing at least three of the following Microsoft security technologies: Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for identity, Defender for Cloud, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
  • Knowledge of industry and government cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
  • Deep understanding of more than two Microsoft security solution domains, such as IAM, security & privacy compliance, threat and vulnerability management, infrastructure/cloud security, and application security.
  • Demonstrated experience working with US customers.
  • Strong network and relationships with vendor OEMs, including product support, sales, and engineering organizations.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
