As a Product Designer at our organization, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and scalable design solutions that address real-world challenges in healthcare. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and roadmap, and advocate for user-centered design thinking in every stage of the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user and product requirements into high-quality designs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Gather actionable insights through user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to drive product goals and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Support product management in defining feature specs and driving adoption across the organization
  • Leverage data to refine user experience and maximize product value through evidence-based decision making
  • Find opportunities to innovate and improve user experience through continuous design iteration and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on innovation and agility
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
