About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, and EDC sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business growth strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Create a successful sales culture
  • Manage sales teams, operations, and resources
  • Define optimal sales force structure
  • Create and coordinate sales training programs
  • Manage customer expectations

  • Exceptional communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation preferred
