Job Title: Validation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Validation Specialist to lead our validation efforts and strategies. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement validation plans, protocols, and procedures that align with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Oversight of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
