  • Government Liaison: Liaise with significant governmental organizations including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.">
  • Support Services: Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, preparing evidentiary exhibits, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.">
  • Strategic Initiative: Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and pinpoint and rectify any delays in the process.">
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to RFEs.">
  • Case Management: Maintain appropriate records and carry out consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies.
