Job Title:

An Expert A/B Test Engineer is needed to optimize user experiences

About the Role:

This is a challenging position for an experienced engineer who can design and implement complex A/B tests to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Target, experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage A/B tests within Adobe Target to measure and improve user engagement
  • Develop targeted content and experiences using Adobe Target's segmentation and personalization capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Target with other Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Write, test, and deploy code snippets and develop audience-targeting criteria within Adobe Target
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to test deployments and optimize tests for better performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on test results to stakeholders using Adobe Analytics

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in building scalable web applications
  • A good amount of experience in Magento 2.x code development
  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Target, AEP, and relevant technologies
