Healthcare Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate should have expertise in strategic marketing and understand patient acquisition pathways, healthcare compliance, and how to build trust-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
- Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to the healthcare sector.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
- Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
