We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Payment Domain Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot digital payment systems, including UPI and retail banking platforms.
  • Ensure uptime and stability of banking applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive long-term solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and change implementation.
  • Document support procedures and incident reports.
  • Implement ITIL practices including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Handle deployment activities and release validations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting UPI platforms and retail banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of banking protocols and digital payment workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and scripting.
  • Good understanding of monitoring tools and incident tracking systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
