IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to maintain and upkeep our data center infrastructure.

Job Description
  • Maintain the health and efficiency of our server racks
  • Install and repair hardware components on various servers
  • Troubleshoot network issues and respond to urgent situations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and hardware troubleshooting
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics and goals

This role involves working a 24x7 shift rotation. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service, operating under pressure, and adapting to new technologies and procedures.
