Job Title:

Senior Product Quality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product quality expert to spearhead our team's quality management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and maintain robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ANSI ESD S20.20 standards.
  • Align with customer quality agreements, establishing corresponding factory processes to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Cross-functional quality collaboration and problem-solving to drive corrective actions and improve quality targets.
  • Achieve customer/internal quality targets by implementing process improvements and promoting a culture of quality excellence.
  • Lead root cause analysis and track corrective/preventive measures to minimize defects and maximize productivity.
  1. Process quality control and yield improvement through data-driven decision making and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Monitor key manufacturing process quality data to inform improvement strategies.
  • Promote the use of quality tools, such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC, to drive process excellence in EMS factories.
  1. Supplier and incoming material quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze IQC data to identify trends and drive supplier improvements.
  • Manage RMA processes and supplier claims to minimize losses and optimize relationships.
  1. Customer audits and quality improvement through proactive engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Lead/support customer audits and prepare documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of driving quality improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
