US Tax Reviewer Job Overview

The role of a US Tax Reviewer involves reviewing and filing business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the tax review process, from initial assessment to final submission.

This position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will need to stay up-to-date with changes in major tax laws at the IRS and state level, as well as research complex tax topics on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and file Form 1065, 1120, and 1120s tax returns with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough research on complex tax topics, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Draft professional responses to tax notices and compile required documents with ease.
  • Prepare and file 1099 Forms for accounting clients at year-end, meeting deadlines with precision.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to expand tax department operations, driving growth and efficiency.
