Finance and Accounting Specialist Role

We seek a meticulous and analytical Finance & Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations, business analytics, and client engagements. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

  • Assist in day-to-day finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial and incentive-related reports for senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the ERP system, ensuring timely posting of journals.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of expenses and maintain accurate journal entries.
  • Support monthly closing activities, ad-hoc finance assignments, and special projects.

Operational and Financial Analysis Expertise

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to analyze business efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analyses across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate process efficiency to drive improvements and enhance organizational productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare comprehensive management reports for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.
