We're seeking a seasoned professional to own Books, Audit, Banking, Insurance, and Assets at our organization.
This is a key leadership position that offers the chance to work on high-impact projects and contribute to building financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain timely, accurate financial statements.
- Support new business lines with correct accounting treatments.
- Drive automation for consolidation and month-end close processes.
- Partner with auditors to close audits smoothly and on time.
- Be part of the readiness team: quarterly reviews, annual reports, investor queries.
- Manage treasury operations cash flow, banking, investments, and hedging strategies.
- Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
- Guide insurance and fixed assets functions.
- Mentor and support a team of finance professionals.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 46 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, reporting, and ERP systems.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong execution bias, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
