We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our AIOPs strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models, leveraging their expertise in LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Python frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow. They should also be familiar with cloud platforms like GCP and Microsoft Azure, as well as modern monitoring and alerting systems.
In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
- Design and implement automated workflows using RPA tools like UiPath.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing ITSM processes.
- Analyze infrastructure health and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in AIOPs, IT process automation, and AI/ML.
