Job Title:

  • AI/ML Solutions Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML solutions developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and training custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.

The selected individual will be responsible for automating document classification and data extraction from structured and unstructured inputs, including PDFs, scanned images, and invoices.

In addition, the candidate will develop multilingual OCR workflows by integrating Azure Translator and applying NLP insights using AWS Comprehend.

The role requires expertise in Azure AI Services (Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI) and AWS AI/ML stack (Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock).

Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or .NET with hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs are essential.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cloud environments is also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and train custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.
  2. Automate document classification and data extraction from structured and unstructured inputs.
  3. Develop multilingual OCR workflows by integrating Azure Translator and applying NLP insights.
  4. Develop GenAI-powered solutions with AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
  5. Use AWS Rekognition for image-based document analysis and identity verification.
  6. Implement and optimize scalable pipelines for OCR output post-processing.
  7. Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.
  • Expertise in Azure AI Services and AWS AI/ML stack.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of document layout analysis and NLP tools.
  • Experience with translation APIs and GenAI model training.
