In this role, you will be part of a 0-1 team responsible for launching countries at hyperspeed. Your work will involve developing robust, well-designed products that ensure a seamless payroll payment experience for our 10,000+ customers.
You will navigate complex business rules, design scalable backend systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
As a Product Engineer on Global Payroll, you will:
- Navigate complex business rules to deliver tangible impact for our customers.
- Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain a high bar for quality.
- Be able and willing to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly.
- Participate in planning activities, perform code reviews, and contribute to a growing team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of development experience, expertise in building well-tested, modularized code in complex distributed applications, and an outstanding customer-centric mindset.
This role offers a salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, and is based in San Francisco, CA.
