We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Expert to lead our payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global payroll processing, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in global payroll processing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems, such as SAP or SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with multi-country payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll systems, such as ADP Streamline or Celergo
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
