Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator

This is a high-impact role that demands exceptional administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
  • Financial Management: Coordinate bill payments, track expenses, and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
  • Filing and Documentation: Perform filing and documentation tasks, maintaining both physical and digital files.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements, book flights, hotels, and transportation, and coordinate with the team for smooth execution.
  • Senior Support: Provide administrative support to senior team members, handling tasks such as submitting vouchers, collecting dues, and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires dedication and hard work to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
