Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Profitability and Performance: Oversee the entire spa operations, ensuring we meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of therapists, technicians, and front office staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent communication skills.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
  • Events and Promotions: Plan and promote special events to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
