About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI expert to lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience with large language models, vector databases, and agentic architectures.

The successful candidate will design and implement RAG pipelines for semantic search, personalization, and contextual enrichment. They will also build agentic AI workflows using Pinecone, LangChain/LangGraph, and custom orchestration, as well as integrate LLM-driven features into production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Agentic Workflows

  • Design and implement RAG pipelines for low-latency retrieval and contextual enrichment.
  • Build and optimize agentic AI workflows using Pinecone, LangChain/LangGraph, and custom orchestration.
  • Integrate large language model-driven features into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Vector Search & Data Intelligence

  • Architect and optimize vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) for efficient retrieval and data analysis.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets for embedding, indexing, and enrichment.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines to prepare data for AI applications.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with a focus on applied AI.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and large language models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with HuggingFace Transformers and fine-tuning large language models.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations related to AI and data privacy.
  • Exposure to conversational AI, personalization engines, and recommender systems.
