AI Engineering Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies.

The role requires a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in areas such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data science. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python and other programming languages, as well as proficiency in cloud-based services like Azure.

A key responsibility of the role is to develop scalable and efficient AI-powered applications that meet business needs. This includes creating RAG-based applications for search, NLP/NLU, and document processing, as well as designing and implementing AI service orchestration.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, DevOps, and product teams. They will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and Azure's evolving AI stack.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for individuals with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering. A proven track record of success in RAG experience and Python mastery is essential. Hands-on experience with Azure AI SDKs, vector databases, and LLMs is also required. Additionally, a strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI agent design is necessary.
