As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing financial discussions with clients, developing strategic plans, and implementing process improvements to enhance performance and cost efficiency. You'll work closely with senior executives to solve complex business challenges and refine our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial discussions with clients, leveraging deep expertise in RTR domains
  • Contribute to proposals, transformation projects, and solutions to drive improvements
  • Identify and implement margin enhancement opportunities across business units
  • Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and benchmarks for financial processes
  • Design and optimize end-to-end frameworks to enhance performance and cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA (Finance) with RTR domain experience
  • Recent exposure or experience applying digital solutions to streamline accounting processes and related reporting
  • Experience working with Consumer Product/Manufacturing/Pharmaceuticals/Automotive & Consulting industries
