Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency across various functions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and promote the adoption of SOPs.
• Create budgets for clients, analyze business performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP systems, identifying areas for enhancement and recommending changes as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for investors, leveraging your knowledge of accounting systems and Chart of Accounts.
• Manage multiple clients and projects across diverse industry sectors, maintaining strong relationships with banks and investors.
• Develop and communicate reports, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders, utilizing your Microsoft Office skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or Senior Accountant with 2-6 years of experience, showcasing a deep understanding of business operations and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: ₹3 lakhs - ₹7 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and exposure.
