Job Summary

The Finance Specialist is an expert in O2C who handles end-to-end SaaS billing processes, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

As an account owner, they are responsible for handling all billing inquiries, sales order creation & invoicing, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domain expert with End-to-End understanding of billing process, including Customer Master, Contract Management, and Invoicing.
  • Act as a single-threaded owner for allocated customer accounts and handle sales order creation & invoicing.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while working in a Matrix structure.
  • Assist in standardizing work methods and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing process.
  • Transform existing processes and take on ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Domain expert in OTC (experience in SaaS billing is a plus).
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting with working experience in the OTC space.
  • 3+ years of overall experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with top-tier ERP systems, NetSuite experience is a plus.
