Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Strategically guide the content team to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Content Editing: Expertly edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain the highest editorial standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and guarantee timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven track record as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Editing and Proofreading Skills: Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
