Job Title: Human Resources Operations Manager

As a key member of the HR team at Xemplar Insights, the Human Resources Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR functions. This includes assisting with the development and implementation of employee management & development, providing HR support to the HR Manager, and facilitating the year review & performance cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: The ability to manage employee performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
  • Recruitment & Selection: The ability to manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best candidates are hired for each role.
  • People Development: The ability to develop and implement training programs, manage employee onboarding, and provide ongoing support to employees.
  • HR Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
  • Reporting & MIS: The ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, provide regular reporting and analysis to management, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Tools:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10 or more years' experience in a management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
