At Nergy India Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner institutions and senior management.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the education sector.
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Master's degree or higher is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company or startup.
