Financial Due Diligence Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Financial Due Diligence expert. The ideal candidate will bring end-to-end proficiency in FDD, analytics, and deal support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Databooks/Workbooks – Deliver with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with firm standards.
  • Deal Team Collaboration – Trusted contributor on live deals, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent delivery.
  • FDD Reporting – Draft key sections: Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits.
  • Financial Analyses – Skilled in Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments.
  • Management Discussions – Prepare decks, lead sections in calls, and manage client communications.
  • Digital Tools – Leverage Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms for enhanced speed and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience from a BIG 4 or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in Financial Due Diligence.
  • Certification: CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)
  • Team management or people management experience.
  • Understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Ratio analysis, Accounting Standards, and Financial Concepts.
