Lead Financial Expert

We seek a seasoned financial professional to spearhead our infrastructure finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility assessments, drawing from top consulting firms and infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis, and valuations for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Provide due diligence and advisory services for infrastructure, real estate, and PPP projects.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for clients across sectors such as real estate, transport, aviation, and social infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals and financing strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications: CFA, FMVA, or AFM (Advanced Financial Modelling) preferred.
Skills and Requirements
  • Strong track record in financial feasibility, discounted cash flow, valuation, due diligence, and investment advisory.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and infrastructure finance.
  • Experience in PPP and aviation projects (airports) is a significant advantage.
