Are you ready to take your data modeling skills to the next level?
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating complex business requirements into robust data models that meet the needs of our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine data models, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client architectural guidelines. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality data models and data within the limits of standards defined by our clients and the industry.
As a Data Modeler at our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from large-scale enterprise data warehouses to smaller, more agile initiatives. You will be responsible for developing logical data models based on conceptual models, conducting data profiling, and creating clarification lists as needed.
In collaboration with our Lead Data Modeler/Architect, you will analyze requirements, create conceptual models, and define data requirements. You will also map KPIs to conceptual models, validate the conceptual model with stakeholders, and create logical models based on conceptual models.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent knowledge of dimensional and relational data modeling.
- At least 7+ years of experience in data modeling, working with large databases.
- Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, data analysis, and SQL.
- Ability to provide design approaches and be technically strong in relational databases.
- Prior experience working in large enterprise data warehouses is expected.
- Experience in banking, health, and life insurance domains is preferable.
