As a highly skilled Data Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data models that drive business growth and success. Your expertise in relational databases, data analysis, and SQL will enable you to develop logical data models that align with industry best practices and meet the architectural guidelines of our clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Leads, Managers, and SMEs, to analyze requirements, create clarification lists, and define data requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that your designs meet the needs of all parties involved.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. You will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • At least 7+ years of Data Modeling experience working in large databases
  • Knowledge in RDBMS Concepts, Data Analysis, and good SQL knowledge
  • Technically strong in relational databases and able to provide design approaches
  • Prior experience working in a large Enterprise Data Warehouse is expected
  • Experience in Banking, Health, and Life Insurance domains is preferable
  • Should have experience working in an Onsite-offshore model
  • Experience of working in projects involving multiple time zones and onsite-offshore models, and with multiple vendors
