Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll accounting and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Track employee compensation data and apply payroll information to the general ledger for accurate financial decision-making.
  • Prepare payroll-related reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet items) on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the banking team for funds availability for payroll and taxes.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Administrator and tax consultant to ensure tax compliance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation in multiple countries, including USA, UK, India, France, Singapore, and UAE.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform manual calculations as required.
  • Knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations.
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of local tax legislation.
