About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes in multiple countries. As a Global Payroll Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for employees of multiple countries, including data collection, processing, and validation of payroll information.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing off-cycle manual payments as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies for all payroll activities, and conducting regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors.
