E-Learning Support Specialist

Ensuring seamless learning experiences for students, instructors, and administrators is a critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Techincal Support: Provide technical support for e-learning platforms and tools, addressing any issues faced by users.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systems, minimizing disruption to learning.
Collaboration with Instructional Designers:
  • Enhancing Learning Experience: Work closely with instructional designers and educators to enhance the overall e-learning experience.
  • Course Delivery: Collaborate to improve course delivery, integrate new tools, and address technical concerns in the learning process.
System Maintenance & Updates:
  • Maintenance: Maintain and update e-learning systems and content to ensure systems are functional and up-to-date.
  • Compatibility: Ensure that the platforms are compatible with the latest technology standards and updates, providing seamless learning experiences.
End-User Training & Support:
  • User Guides: Develop user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to assist end-users in navigating and utilizing e-learning platforms.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users on how to use e-learning tools and technologies effectively.
Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and address any technical glitches promptly.
  • Reporting: Track recurring technical issues and provide reports to management with suggestions for improvements.

Candidates should have a strong background in technical support or education technology, preferably with experience working in e-learning platforms or LMS environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
A relevant certification or degree in a field such as computer science, education technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
