Job Title: Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Solutions Architect. As a seasoned data engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing reusable software modules that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a full-stack engineer on a scrum team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and develop software components that are scalable, efficient, and secure, leveraging expertise in Azure Databricks, Scala, and PySpark.
  • Assist in defining product technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and document deliverables in Rally, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in peer reviews for designs, code, and other work products, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Perform software quality assurance, including all types of testing, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

With 4 or more years of experience working on Azure Databricks using Scala, PySpark, and Azure Cloud platform, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to our team. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, and DB/SQL will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in our projects.

As a seasoned professional, you possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, and your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of experience working on Azure Databricks using Scala, PySpark.
  • 4 or more years of experience on Azure Cloud platform.
  • 4 or more years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience.
  • Knowledge about Azure DevOps and Terraform.
  • 3 or more years of experience with DB/SQL.
  • 4 or more years of experience with Scala or Python.
